Some key Bible Verses of the Christian Bibles

(Brother Dave's selections and notes, using various bibles,
with some paraphrasing, translating, and in Spirit of Truth discernment)

Key Bible verses 2: EXODUS (old testament, second book of the Christian Bible)

Some selected highlights from the Christian Bibles for sharing with others, and my comments in [ ] or ( )

3:2 "And the Angel of the Lord appeared to Moses in a flame of Fire out of the midst of a Bush (a living plant) and Moses looked and saw this burning bush was not consumed." [Note also that a "Burning Bush" is a good symbol of "Light and Life" combined. "Sara" and "Seraphim" also have a meaning of "Burning Ones", in the old Hebrew language.]

3:14 GOD to Moses and all: "I AM": "I AM that I AM ..."

15:2 "The Lord is my strength and song; and He is my salvation: HE IS MY GOD,..."

20:3-17 the "10 commandments" are changed by Jesus to just ONE ...

[Jesus:] "Teach that man's whole duty is summed up in this one commandment: Love the Lord your God with all your mind and soul and your neighbor as yourself." (This they were to teach as man's whole duty in place of the 613 rules of living expounded by the Pharisees.)

"Then came forward one of the groups of the Pharisees to ask harassing questions, and the spokesman, signaling to Jesus, said: "Master, I am a lawyer, and I would like to ask you which, in your opinion, is the greatest commandment?" Jesus answered: "There is but one commandment, and that one is the greatest of all, and that commandment is: 'Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one; and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength.' This is the first and great commandment. And the second commandment is like this first; indeed, it springs directly therefrom, and it is: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these; on these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." " (on One Commandment, also see Matt 22:37-40; Mark 12:30-33; Luke 10:27- 28; Deut 6:5; Levit 19:18; Rom 13:9; Gal 5:14; James 2:8)

20:4 [If this foolish command were to be taken literally, there would be no art, no photography, no internet images, no symbols, etc.; and you would have to burn your family photo albums. ha ha.]

20:8-10 [There is no more just one "holy day" per week; we now know, in JESUS CHRIST, and thus in His Spirit of Truth, that each and every Day is EQUALLY Holy. When I share with "Seventh Day Adventists", I tell them (slowly, in stages) that they should become "Seven Day Nowists".] Jesus stated: "My good men, you do well to be zealous for the Sabbath, but you would do better to guard the health and well-being of your fellows. I declare that the Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath. And if you are here present with us to watch my words, then will I openly proclaim that the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath." (and Jesus is the Sovereign GodMan of ALL days and of all places in His vast Universe that He made and is still making, even with our small contributions as sons of God here to help bring this backward world into Light and Life as our Father God wills.)

20:11 [If God were to rest or sleep, then all Reality would then immediately disappear !, including you and me !]

20:13 "Do not kill." [Our Good Master Jesus elevated this much higher: "I demand of you a righteousness that shall exceed the righteousness of those who seek to obtain the Father's favor by almsgiving, prayer, and fasting. If you would enter the Kingdom, you must have a righteousness that consists in love, mercy, and truth--the sincere desire to do the will of my Father in heaven." Then said Simon Peter: "Master, if you have a new commandment, we would hear it. Reveal the new way to us." Jesus answered Peter: "You have heard it said by those who teach the law: 'You shall not kill; that whosoever kills shall be subject to judgment.' But I look beyond the act to uncover the motive. I declare to you that every one who is angry with his brother is in danger of condemnation. He who nurses hatred in his heart and plans vengeance in his mind stands in danger of judgment. You must judge your fellows by their deeds; the Father in heaven judges by the intent."

20:14 "Do not commit adultry." [Master Jesus elevated this much higher:] "You have heard the teachers of the law say, 'You shall not commit adultery.' But I say to you that every man who looks upon a woman with intent to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. You can only judge men by their acts, but my Father looks into the hearts of his children and in mercy adjudges them in accordance with their intents and real desires." (also see Matt 5:27-28)

[There are many religionists, even some Christians, who still are "upside-down" when they allow their lower animal body to dictate to their weak, willfully depraved minds; and they may cry out: "But I had no choice ! I had to follow after my degenerate animal nature !" or "It felt so good !" "So WHY am I now sick and dying of so many deadly venereal diseases ??" A True Perfecting Ascending Son of God in Jesus in Spirit is Centered and right-side-up, and Personally Wills his soul to be subordinate to higher Spirit, and his mind to be subordinate to his higher soul, and his body to be subordinate to his higher mind. You can NOT lie to yourSelf for long; why not repent and change now ? If you cannot master your mind; you may freely ask for the Mind of our Master Jesus: the Mind of God to help you, in His love and mercy, to further transform you ! Thank God ! that those who do survive physically here, and who choose to reproduce more Sons of God for our Father, augment the genetic pool ! "Be you perfect" is rightfully mandated by God and Jesus on all levels ! (even on the lower physical level; some Humans might call this: the "survival of the fittest".)]

[Any other comments on any verses from Exodus? Note that I am being very eclectic, and thus the verses selected are very few. The New Testament, especially the "Gospel of John", has many more key and super-key verses, as we shall see later. Next will be Leviticus, and maybe I will find time to also start here the New Testament first book of Matthew, or book 40 overall]

Love, Light and Life following only Jesus now fully here in Spirit with and AS GOD,
