This is the Fourth GODsday/Sunday of "Advent" [preparing for the
"Incarnation" (the union of Divinity with Humanity in JESUS The CHRIST)]
Recall that for centuries, the greatest Prophets spoke of the
impending birth of a Savior!
And that John the Baptist sent messengers to ask Jesus, "Are you The CHRIST !?"
And what was CHRIST's answer?
"Tell John, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf
hear, the lame walk, the blind see, the Poor have the Gospel Preached to them,
and Blessed are those who Believe in Me."
Thus, we are able to review and analyze over 2,000 years of Historical facts.
Few doubt the accuracy of The NEW TESTAMENT stating,"It was when Tiberius Caesar had been emperor for 15 years, and with Pontius Pilate the governor of Judea. When the Son of Zachary, John the Baptist, Inspired by GOD, Baptized thousands; while Preaching, "Make straight the Way of the Lord!"At this same time, three Wise Men from the East, orienting themselves with
then an apparently bright 'star', (an unusual planetary conjunction, as verified by modern astronomers) found Bethlehem and the Infant Jesus, Where they bowed in Prayer and Reverence. Jealous rulers became aware of Jesus' Honored Birth. And became alarmed,
fearful, when thousands from the area, Honored Jesus, "-the new born King."
[Teacher-Brother Dave: Since being reBorn, in 1977, within the saving Vision of the
Spirit of JESUS CHRIST; I Know that HE IS here with us ! All Humanity must (and will) comprehend, and realize that CHRIST JESUS IS our True, Pure, Son of GOD and our Everlasting Sovereign.]
Preacher Doc: Fast forwarding, today, scholars accept Roman history, and accept the historical
facts about Pontius Pilate; and that there was a Zachary, whose son, John,
did Baptize and did Preach to "Make straight the Way of the Lord", Etc.
Yet many, especially those highly educated in the Field of Science, say;
"There was no Jesus CHRIST."
That forces this Preacher to bluntly correct them with: "There is no fool greater than an 'educated' fool." But, strongly 'anti-CHRIST', they 'correct' Believers by saying, "OK, there was a Jesus. However, he was not Divine. The NEW TESTAMENT contains fictitious stories. "
Such statements force this Preacher to bluntly say, "Don't be so narrow
minded. There are at least 37 Divine Miracles that PROVE, JESUS was and
IS The CHRIST !"
We Pure Christians, do not doubt our Salvation. We are duty bound to Preach to any and all: "Understand Christ Jesus' Pure Christianity; because the Soul you Save, will be your own!"
Merry Christmas to You, and You, and especially to YOU, for Saving your SOUL!
And on Wednesday, December 25th, Christmas Day, this Preacher will give a

"Third GODsday/Sunday of 'Advent'"

The Sermon/Lesson for this third GODsday/Sunday of "Advent" -- four Sundays
of preparing for our celebrating (comprehending, enjoying) the
Incarnation (the union of Divinity with Humanity in our JESUS The CHRIST --
follows the current liturgical practices of many Christians.
The "Pure Christian Faith", presents the CLEAREST, thus Purest Interpretation of Jesus The CHRIST's Preaching, Parables and thirty-seven or more Divine Miracles.
We Humans on this planet, should all continually raise the "State of the Art" of our
Disciplines. Whatever the Discipline, PROOF establishes validity.
In Theology, the PROOF is in CHRIST's Divine Miracles.
We Pure Christians, preparing to Celebrate the Incarnation of our GODMAN JESUS,
should understand that this Earth, Solar System, Galaxy and Universe, per
Incarnation, was transformed from Prophets, professing the Coming of the
Lord. To the Real, Witnessed and Recorded Birth of Jesus The CHRIST, and HIS CONTINUING SPIRITUAL PRESENCE !
The Prophet Presenting Jesus The CHRIST was John The Baptist. -----
Recall that, in the previous Sermon, John The Baptist was imprisoned; then
he sent two of his followers to ask JESUS CHRIST if He Truly IS "The SAVIOR".
(The Deliverer of the World, and our True Son of GOD !)
In the NEW TESTAMENT we read these Truths of Jesus clearly PROVING that HE IS the Savior, by His many Miracles, then, and continuing today ! Jesus told the messengers to report back to John that,
"The lepers are cured, the deaf hear, the lame walk, the blind see, the poor
have the Gospel Preached to them, and Blessed are those who Believe in Me."
Now, if you; "Come dwell with me, to the n'th degree", in CHRIST JESUS' Eternal Message:
HE PROVED He had the Divine Power to CLEANSE You (Forgive Sin) and to spiritually Transform (ReBirth) You as a Salvaged Son of God, ever Ascending in Your Glorious Destiny in the Family of God !
For someone who could not hear; He GAVE them Hearing! PROVING His Divine Power of GOD, and warning those who had hearing: " For those who can hear, HEAR !"
(Yes, we should Believe in CHRIST and GOD ! -- ONE in Spirit ! And Be One in Him !)
HE PROVED His Divine Power over a Human 'handicap'; by making the lame walk! John The Baptist had Preached: "Make straight the Way of the Lord!" And JESUS, with His Divine Power, made several "Whole" to walk with Him! This is Living, walking, PROOF of CHRIST's Divine Power from our Divine GOD !
"...the blind SEE." We moderns, who 'know it all' say; "What? are you blind!?" This actually now means; "Can't you 'see' !?" (perceive, comprehend, realize, intuit,etc) Remember, CHRIST Preached, 'SEE', Realize in His everpresent Spirit of truth that HE IS the True Light, The CHRIST - our One GODMAN Son of Man and Son of God as One Deity Person: "Behold your God ! For the time is now at hand !"
"... and the Poor have the Gospel Preached to them." This may require some State of the Art, Theological thinking. Certainly, JESUS CHRIST Preached and Taught the financially poor, as well as all Persons -----
In this Preacher's opinion, because most of his Disciples were fishermen. And CHRIST Performed Divine Miracles for ALL Social categories "...Poor" appears to
include any and all that were not 'chosen rulers'. Thus, repeating with
emphasis, CHRIST Preached that ALL are equal in the Eyes of the Lord! ALL have
an equal opportunity to Obtain Salvation!

A Modern, Analytical View of the Prophet John The Baptist

The Baptism of JESUS CHRIST by John
|
Most Christians realize that the message that John The Baptist
preached, is tremendously important for Christianity.
When John The Baptist saw Jesus coming to the baptisms, he said, "You, Jesus should be
Baptizing me"! But Jesus said in essence to baptize him so that the people shall know that Jesus' time of Revelation has come !
Thus, Jesus CHRIST was baptized by John, and some there saw the Manifestations of the Holy Spirit and Jesus CHRIST glowing in brilliance, 'like the sun'! (The Son of God!)
And the Prophet John the Baptist continued to baptize and preach to hundreds of thousands in many cities and towns along
the way (International travel routes). Preaching in a loud clear voice:
"Make straight the Way of the Lord!"
"I John, merely baptize you with water, but Jesus, the Delivering Son of God here, will Baptize you in the Fire (Divine Light) of God." [In Eternal LIFE, SALVATION;
NOT old blood sacrifices, to "appease a wrathful (false) god", as done in barbaric cannibalistic and other ungodly practices]
The Prophet John The Baptist, also put forth, the World renown statement, "I am not
worthy to loose (untie) the sandals of JESUS CHRIST, the Divine Son of GOD!
I am only One, crying with in a loud voice in the night." (darkness of
nonbelievers, pagans, those refusing to be led in Spirit)
Today, especially per dramatic movies, John the Baptist is dramatized as an
'eccentric'. There are three characteristics that movie makers exaggerate:
1. His 'clothes'
Actually, there were MANY who dressed with a 'one shoulder lion's cloth' and other rugged dress.
Note, in a movie, about Biblical Samson, that it helped him to be portrayed as
an exceptionally strong warrior. But, as for John the Baptist, these secular movie producers believe it just shows 'eccentricity', and being out of their 'politically correct mainstream'.
2. He ate locusts
Back then, EVERYONE in that region ate locusts, especially with honey.
Many nutritionists say locusts with honey is safe and nutritional.
And in parts of today's World, many still eat locusts with honey; and in Britain, some eat chocolate covered ants, etc.
3. At times, he shouted while Preaching
In his time, Preachers and Teachers didn't have suburbans or vans, with loud speakers on top, to blast
their messages. Thus, if a Speaker wanted 2000 People, spread out on a
hillside, to hear him, he sometimes had to 'shout'. (speak with a loud
voice)
Thus, concerning a more meaningful, modern, analytical view
of the Prophet, John The Baptist, we should realize and teach:
1. "The MESSAGE!"
His "MESSAGE" was loud and clear! And it especially applies to this
season of "Advent". "Make straight the Way of The Lord !"
2. His exceptional Faith!
Regardless of what were the circumstances, John The Baptist bravely
KEPT HIS True and Pure CHRISTIAN FAITH !
3. His refusal to 'make an exception'.
John preached against the king to take another's Wife. And for that woman to take the king
to become queen. (That 'queen' (and king) then had John beheaded.)
HOWEVER, JOHN THE BAPTIST'S LEGACY, IS ETERNAL !

First Candle of Advent, a symbol of the Light of JESUS CHRIST HERE WITH US

[Brother Dave: Above is our first candle of Advent in our expectancy, hope and prophecy of the Comings of our Master Jesus: our True Deliverer of this world and our Good Shepherd (Teacher, Guide, Leader, Counselor, Father, Friend, Elder Brother, and more). Jesus did/DOES not come to just be another little, soon forgotten, mere nationalistic warrior-king, as many unspiritual people had desired ! But, fear not ! Be of good cheer ! Rejoice ! I fully Know in Spirit and in Truth, that Jesus Christ now here as our Holy Father-Son-Spirit of Truth --- our True God -- is more than Strong enough to slowly and surely, in His "Godspeed", Spiritually Transform more Human Individuals who will then help transform this whole world !!! Yes, Father, Your Will be done, ON EARTH,as IT IS DONE in Heaven, and also by we Pure Christian Believers, individually and collectively.]
Preacher Doc's Sermon: First GODsday of Liturgical Year and of "Advent".
This GODsday/Sunday, for most Christian Faiths, begins the liturgical year
2003. This is the First Godsday/Sunday of "Advent", four Sundays of Religious
preparation in remembering the Incarnation (Birth) of Jesus as our True Light and Life here with us !
Now please recall, that JESUS CHRIST taught/teaches about HimSelf:
"IT IS DONE: I AM the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End." (Rev 21:6)
Thus, CHRIST is the First of GOD's Children, the "First Adam" and even our Very Pattern-Personality ! and the Finality-Destiny of our Glorified Selves in/as His Likeness.
On our planet Earth, this Incarnation, the Union of Divinity with and as Humanity, God with us in JESUS The CHRIST, occurs 'in the Fall Season' but is commonly still celebrated on December 25th.
Please note; the First Gospel/Lesson of "Advent" Begins (Alpha) with
an Eternal (Omega) Warning!
Specifically, CHRIST warning that at Judgment Time, the Sun, Moon and stars
would fall from the sky !
[Brother Dave: All symbolic of tremendous changes being made by our loving Father God, even without end. Amen ! See John 12:31-32 which is very significant; more on that later. God Judgment NOW is always in His loving and merciful nature; after all, GOD IS JUST LIKE JESUS !!! Our Salvation is in this Revelation !]
Preacher Doc: Further, in the "NEW TESTAMENT", CHRIST Preaches that HE is here for YOU to realize that HE IS The Divine, ETERNAL, Life & Power. The Divine "Omega".
His ETERNAL Life -- Salvation -- IS Obtainable in our FAITH and BELIEF, in JESUS CHRIST's and GOD's Divinity and here with us NOW as our Son of God and Son of man -- OUR GODMAN -- JESUS CHRIST ! Behold our True God in His Spirit now !
All that is needed; challenge nonbelievers; is for CHRIST to PROVE His
Divinity! THAT is the Challenge to "The NEW TESTAMENT Of Our Lord
And Savior Jesus CHRIST" and to each Christian! We who are God-conscious are each a little Living Truth of the Oneness of God the Father of all Reality and our God the Son; and We are One in Spirit .... In Him, each Christian Knows, that what they are
talking about is Real --- and what they are talking about,
THEY EACH KNOW & BELIEVE TO BE TRUE!"
This Sermon/Lesson should help you to realize the Truths of the
"NEW TESTAMENT" and our Maker CHRIST JESUS.
Thus, we gain some proper, Religious preparation for better realizing Jesus CHRIST's Birth among us !
[Brother Dave: Some Christians need to realize that Jesus remains our Eternal Sovereign GODMAN; He does NOT return as a helpless baby each "Christmas"; but we may refresh our baby minds each time we reflect on this Great Incarnation Mystery and continue to grow in His Ever Present Spirit of Truth, upon and within us who love His Presence and Guiding Light in Life Eternal. As He is; so shall we be: Pure and Perfect and Godly-Manly ! (all Women and all Children are also classified as Sons of God in Jesus; Daughters of God are the many Angel types)]
Next GODsday/Sunday, the Sermon/Lesson will be about John the Baptist,
and his Preaching that we prepare properly for Jesus The CHRIST !
