"Do look now!" Divine Miracle #34, "Jesus Heals Malchus'ear." Sept 18, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc Brothers and Sisters, There is the saying, "Don't look now ---!" Meaning, "An event/subject that has been occurring during recent days/weeks, is upon us/you!" This Preacher would like to replace the 'negative' "Don't - ", with the positive, "Do look now!" Meaning, the time to discuss the subject of our mutual interest has arrived!" And that is my/our Religious confidence that we can and will proceed, putting forth our best, most truthful opinions regarding CHRIST's and GOD's Divinity! In my/our opinion, EVERYONE naturally has "Beliefs." What each Person must realize is: "Depending on circumstances, they are OBLIGATED to express their honest opinions." Yours Truly, honestly of course, is SURE he presents the BEST, CLEAREST thus PUREST, PROOFS of CHRIST's and GOD's Divinity! Realize, that EVERY PERSON, naturally does some degree of Preaching. About Religion or some other strong belief. Concerning beliefs, every person at least once has probably said to themselves, "Just once, I'd like to preach/express about --- (a most important/interesting topic)! PLEASE DO ! We all learn from each other! It was Teacher-Brother Dave who emphasized to me the added significance that the Apostle Luke was a PHYSICIAN ! Practically all Priests, Ministers, Rabbis, Etc., refer to the Apostles as "Fishermen." The Apostle Peter and some of the other Apostles were Fishermen; however, not all were Fishermen. And of added significance, is a fact, that Luke was a Physician! This is of special significance because Jesus CHRIST "Healed!" (The lame were remade to walk, the deaf to hear and the blind to see!) In the "NEW TESTAMENT" of the Bible, per Luke, Chapter 22, and beginning at Verse 49, (quote): "- when they (the apostles) who were about Him saw what would follow. They said to Jesus, "Lord, shall we strike with the sword!?" And one of them struck the servant of the high priest and cut off his right ear! However, Jesus said, "Bear with them, thus far." (Indicating, 'they are only rattling their sabers'. They are not attacking you and hitting you with their clubs. Then Jesus CHRIST touched (reset) Malchus' (the servant's) ear and Healed him." Please note, the EYEWITNESS Luke, does not question CHRIST's Healing! In fact, Miraculously, Jesus CHRIST just Heals (reattaches) Malchus' ear! Further notice, all EYEWITNESSES do not question the Miracle! But today, many scientists are non-believing evolutionists, who question the Truth about CHRIST's and GOD's Divinity. There is the cliche`, "We have come a long way in our state-run (secular, humanistic, Godless) educational system." Most University Professors, in the Discipline of Science, stand, overbearingly before your Children, and they brainwash them with such nonsense as; "About 20 million years ago, the jackass and Man were the same animal. The jackass remained a jackass; while Man developed into a smart, University Professor like me." (And such Professors are paid, two, three times what we earn, from our earned money!) Preacher Doc, who suggests, EVERY PERSON has a degree of Preaching ability and expertise! We all learn from each other! "Do look now!" and participate. Some of the Others think, "We are just here." I demand, "Be precise, yea, accurately clear!" For nonbelieving 'preachers' are an abomination. And Jesus CHRIST warned every Man, every Nation. If you do not accept CHRIST's and GOD's PROVEN Divinity, You will be banished per the Lesson in Divine Miracle #33. Preacher Doc, who reminds One and All, "A word to the wise is sufficient." Divine Miracle #33, "Jesus Curses a Fig Tree." Sept 11, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc Brothers and Sisters, This GOD's Day/Sunday we are at Divine Miracle #33, "Jesus Curses a Fig Tree," in the sequential Life and Miracles of Jesus CHRIST. Years ago, when my primary vocation was Science, I was critically analyzing each of Jesus CHRIST's Divine Miracles. This Divine Miracle of Jesus cursing a fig tree caused me some concern. If you please, let us refer to the "NEW TESTAMENT" of the Bible. And read what the EYEWITNESS Apostle Mark reports, in Chapter 11, Verses 12 - 14. "And the next day, after They (Jesus and His Disciples) had left Bethany, Jesus felt hungry. And seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, Jesus (although tired and hungry from walking in the desert) went to see if He might find anything on it. But when Jesus came up to it, Jesus found nothing but leaves; for it was not the season for figs. Then Jesus spoke (cursed) the fig tree, "May no one ever eat fruit of thee henceforward forever." And His disciples heard. If you please, let us refer to the "NEW TESTAMENT" of the Bible. And read what the EYEWITNESS Apostle Matthew reports in Chapter 21, Verses 18 - 22. "Now in the morning, on His way back to the city, Jesus felt hungry. And seeing a fig tree by the wayside, He came upon it, and found nothing on it but leaves; and He said (cursed) the fig tree, "May no fruit ever come from thee henceforth forever!" And immediately the fig tree withered up. Now Brothers and Sisters, in this 21'st Century. This Preacher, in my Theological opinion, thinks that many are 'brainwashed' by media 'nice-e-nice hype.' That is, to 'win', discussing any topic (especially about Jesus) you say, (Jesus) " - its about love." Jesus CHRIST is not about 'love'. Divine Miracle #33 caused me some concern. Realize, Jesus CHRIST did not show 'love' for that (fig) tree/or Person ----- who does not live up to His expectations/COMMANDS. In my Theological opinion, Jesus CHRIST is about PROOF, that there is a Living, Divine, Father Creator! Who, having Created 'this good Earth.' If you do not BELIEVE (bear good fruit). You will be (quoting Jesus CHRIST referring to the weeds (nonbelievers)) "Bundled and burned." Jesus CHRIST cursed (burned/withered) the (fig) tree/nonbeliever." This Preacher does not read 'nice-e-nice/sugar coating 'love talk' in Divine Miracle #33, "Jesus Curses a Fig Tree." In my opinion, the 'key' sentence is: "And His Disciples heard." MEANING: After this, Jesus CHRIST's #33 Divine Miracle, OBVIOUS, WE DISCIPLES AND EACH PERSON BETTER BELIEVE ! Preacher Doc, who suggests to those nonbelievers who refuse to Believe; "You are taking a hell-of-a-chance!" Brother Dave comments: Some Bible Scholars believe that certain Gospel writers who were familiar with Jeremiah 8:13 thought that Jesus was disappointed with the barren fig tree as a metaphorical parable of Jesus' disappointment with Israel. Others, including myself, believe that Jesus' alleged "cursing of a barren fig tree" is a gross confusion of Jesus' actual words. Here is a version that rings True with me: Jesus' Parable of the Fig Tree "There was a certain man who planted a fig tree in his yard, and when he had many times sought fruit thereon and found none, he called the vinedressers before him and said: 'Here have I come these three seasons looking for fruit on this fig tree and have found none. Cut down this barren tree; why should it encumber the ground?' But the head gardener answered his master: 'Let it alone for one more year so that I may dig around it and put on fertilizer, and then, next year, if it bears no fruit, it shall be cut down.' And when they had thus complied with the laws of fruitfulness, since the tree was living and good, they were rewarded with an abundant yield." Each of us strive to make our Lives a success, But don't overlook your Soul and leave it a mess! This natural universe could not, itself, make. For supernatural GOD, the Creator, 'piece of cake!' How can I prove CHRIST's and GOD's Divinity to you? Read "Healing Blind Bartimeaus" Miracle number 32 ! Divine Miracle #32, "Healing the Blind Man of Jericho!" Sept 04, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc Honorable Brothers and Sisters, In recent Sermons this Preacher has emphasized, one of this Website's main goals is to SAVE SOULS ! Keeping in mind what Jesus CHRIST Preached, "The well (Believers, Saved) are not in need of a Physician." That was Jesus' answer to the scribes and pharisees who complained that Jesus "mingled with sinners''. Therefore, quantitatively, we are not the 'biggest' Website on the Internet. For if 99 Believers, by habit, continue "as they are." I praise their sincerity for "Keeping the Faith." It is that one in 100 nonbeliever, with reality, intelligence and the desire to obtain what is BEST, who, upon reading our message, realizes and obtains that intellectual enlightenment and joins/participates! YES, one convert! One, who now, personally has found, "Inward happiness, inward PROOF that Jesus really was and IS The CHRIST ! The True Son of GOD !" One and all, realize and comprehend; especially those Intellectuals and precisely those in the Field of Science, who base their decisions on PROOF ! who form their decisions per the PROOF presented. And the PROOF presented here, removes their 'dark clouds' of doubt. And frees the former doubter/non-participant to become "One of the BEST !" And where is this "BEST PROOF !?" In this Preacher's opinion, the 37 Divine Miracles by Jesus CHRIST ! This GOD's Day/Sunday we are sequentially at Divine Miracle # 32, "Healing the Blind Man of Jericho." Please refer to the EYEWITNESS account of the Apostle Luke (who was a Physician), Chapter 18, Verses 35 - 43. "Now it came to pass as Jesus drew near to Jericho, that a certain blind Man was sitting by the wayside, begging; but hearing a crowd passing by, he inquired what this might be. And they told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by. Therefore, the blind Man cried out, saying, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!" But those rushing by to be at the front, angrily told the blind Man to be quiet and not cause any interruption. However, the blind Man cried out louder, "Son of David, have mercy on me!" Thus, Jesus stopped and Commanded that the blind Man be brought to Him. And when the blind Man was brought to Him. Jesus asked the blind Man, "What wouldst thou have Me do for thee?" The blind Man said, "Lord, that I might see!" Thus, Jesus The CHRIST said to him, "Receive thy sight, thy Faith has Saved thee." And at once he received his sight! Thus, the former blind Man followed Jesus CHRIST, Glorifying GOD. And all the People upon seeing the Divine Miracle gave Praise to GOD ! The scribes and pharisees, jealously refusing to accept Jesus CHRIST, said that the blind Man had not been actually blind. (That Jesus used 'trickery.') However, many EYEWITNESSES in the huge crowd, possessing true knowledge, Verified the blind Man had been actually blind for years. And his name was Bartimeaus of Jericho." Preacher Doc, who suggests, "The Healing (and Salvation) of blind Bartimeaus of Jericho, is another of the many PROOFS that One and All can Trust ! Jesus was and IS The CHRIST, the True Son of GOD !" Most seek air conditioning relief and why not! We Humans in 90 plus degrees and humidity tell- Of uncomfortable summers saying, "Feels like hell!" When it should rain or arrives a windy, cool day! Many express hope, "Be the same, rest of the way!" In the Miracle of the "Ten Lepers," number thirty-one. Only one expressed "Thanks," for the 'cool' Eternity he Won! Preacher Doc, who can only suggest. YOU, must be intelligent, honest and trusting enough, to want to be a 'cool' Believer! Divine Miracle #31, "Cleansing of the Ten Lepers." Aug 28, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc Brothers and Sisters, During the Ecclesiastical Year of 2005, there is the Professional and Natural obligation to proclaim the Merits of our Faith and Evangelical Website. I/we only mention them, once each quarter of the year: At the Season of Advent (preparation for the Birth of Jesus). Then at the time of Divine Miracle #11, "The Raising of the Widow's Son." During Divine Miracle #20, "Jesus Walks On The Water." And the overwhelming PROOF, per Divine Miracle #30, "The Raising of Lazarus." One of the important Doctrines of our Religious Beliefs is CORRECTING the LIES and phony propaganda, publicized by evolutionary scientists. In my opinion, Teacher-Brother Dave and Yours Truly, with knowledge and experience in the Field of Science have and will continue to be, two of the best Evangelical "Voices" on the Internet. That obligation completed, let us continue in our sequential Presentation of Jesus CHRIST's 37 Divine Miracles! This GOD's Day/Sunday we are at Divine Miracle #31, "Cleansing of the Ten Lepers." This Preacher suggest you be, or become, aware of the Religious Lesson, CHRIST Teaches. In the "New Testament" per the EYEWITNESS Apostle Luke, Chapter 17, Verses 11-19. "And it came to pass as Jesus was going to Jerusalem, that He was passing between Samaria and Galilee. And as Jesus was entering a certain village, there met Him ten lepers, who stood afar off and lifted up their voices, crying, "Jesus, Master, have pity on us." And when Jesus saw them He said, "Go, show yourselves to the priests." And it came to pass as the lepers were on there way, that they were made Clean! But only one of them, seeing that he was made Clean, returned, and with a loud voice, Glorified GOD. Falling on his face at CHRIST's feet, giving Thanks; and he was a Samaritan. Thus, Jesus answered and said, "Were not the ten made Clean? But where are the other nine? Has no one been found to return and give Glory to GOD except this foreigner?" Thus Jesus said tothe Samaritan, "Arise, go thy way, for thy Faith has Saved thee." When word was sent to Him, "Your Friend, Lazarus' health is in decline!" Lazarus died and many witnesses said, "That Believer, He did not save!" Jesus CHRIST told all mourners, "Lazarus sleeps, Trust in GOD, be brave!" After Lazarus had been dead for four days, Jesus at the tomb did arrive! He told Sister Martha and all, "This Believer is not dead, his Soul is alive!" Christ, Preached to all, "I am the Resurrection, Believe and win Eternity!" Thus, "LAZARUS COME FORTH !" He Arose, PROOF of Jesus CHRIST's Divinity! Divine Miracle #30, "The Raising of Lazarus", is Overwhelming PROOF ! Aug 21, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc Most Theologians just silently agree, or nod their head, or verbally express their agreement that Jesus CHRIST's Divine Miracle #30, "The Raising of Lazarus" is the, "Most powerful miracle CHRIST Performed." For this Preacher, that consensus of opinion among Theologians is highly significant. Because anti-religious bigots, who usually act in gangs (especially on the Internet) attack a Preacher with odds of 10+/- to ONE. I know this to be true, from experience! When most Theologians agree on a subject matter in the "New Testament", the "We, being the majority, know better !" strategy by bigots becomes laughable. This Preacher now challenges ANY nonbeliever to try to refute this EYEWITNESSED Divine Miracle #30, "The Raising of Lazarus!" I quote the EYEWITNESS Apostle John, Chapter 11, Verses 1 - 44. "Now a certain man was sick, Lazarus of Bethany, the village of Mary and her Sister Martha. Now it was Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet dry with her hair; whose brother Lazarus was sick. The Sisters therefore sent to Jesus, saying, "Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick." But when Jesus heard this, He said to them, "This sickness is not unto death, but for the Glory of GOD, that through it the Son of GOD may be Glorified." Now Jesus loved Martha and her Sister Mary, and Lazarus. However, when Jesus heard that Lazarus was sick, He remained two more days in the same place. Then, Jesus said to His Disciples, "Let us go again into Judea." The Disciples said to Jesus, "Rabbi, just now the Jews were seeking to stone Thee; and dost Thou go there again?" Jesus answered, [with a Parable] "Are there not twelve hours in a day? If a Man walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world. But if he walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him." These things Jesus spoke, and after this He said to His Disciples, "Lazarus, our Friend (Believer), sleeps. But I go that I may wake Lazarus from sleep." The Disciples therefore said, "Lord, if he sleeps, he will be safe." Now Jesus had spoken of his death, but they thought He was speaking of the repose of sleep. So then Jesus said plainly, "Lazarus is dead; and I rejoice on your account that I was not there, that you may Believe. But let us go to him." Thomas, who is called the Twin, said therefore to his fellow Disciples, "Let us also go, that we may die with Him." Jesus therefore came and found Lazarus, already dead for four days in the tomb. Now Bethany was close to Jerusalem. And many of the Jews had come to Martha and Mary, to comfort them on account of their Brother. When, therefore, Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went to meet Him. But Mary remained at home. Martha therefore said to Jesus, "Lord, if Thou hadst been here my Brother would not have died. But even now I know that whatever Thou shalt ask of GOD, GOD will give it to Thee." Jesus said to her, "Thy Brother shall Rise!" Martha said to Jesus, "I know that Lazarus will Rise at the Resurrection, on the Last Day!" Jesus said to her, "I AM the Resurrection and the Life; he who Believes in Me, even if he die, shall Live; and whoever lives and Believes in Me, shall never die. Dost thou Believe this?" She said to Jesus, "Yes, Lord, I believe that Thou art The CHRIST, the Son of GOD, who hast come into the world!" And when she had said this, she went away and quietly called Mary her Sister, saying, "The Master is here and calls thee." As soon as Mary heard this, she rose quickly and came to Jesus, for Jesus had not yet come into the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met Him. When, therefore, the Jews who were with her in the house and were comforting her, saw Mary rise up quickly and go out, they followed her saying, "She is going to the tomb to weep there.' When, therefore, Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell at His feet, and said to Him, "Lord, if thou hadst been here, my Brother would not have died." When, therefore, Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come with her weeping, Jesus groaned in spirit and was troubled, and said, "Where have you laid him?" "They said to Jesus, "Lord, come and see." And Jesus wept. [Knowing the terrible persecutions that a Resurrected Lazarus back on Earth would endure from the disbelieving Jews.] The Jews therefore said, "See how He loved him." But some of them said, "Could not He who opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that this Man should not die?" Jesus therefore, again groaning in Himself, came to the tomb. Now it was a cave, and a stone was laid against it. Jesus said, "Take away the stone." Martha, the Sister of him who was dead, said to Jesus, "Lord by this time he is already decayed, for he is dead four days." Jesus said to her, "Have I not told thee that if thou Believe thou shalt behold the Glory of GOD?" They therefore removed the stone. And Jesus raising His eyes, said, "Father, I give Thee Thanks that Thou hast heard Me. Yet I knew that Thou always hearest Me; but because of the People who stand round, I spoke, that they may Believe that Thou hast sent Me." When He had said this, CHRIST cried out with a loud voice, "LAZARUS, COME FORTH !" And at once he who had been dead came forth, bound feet and hands with bandages, and his face was tied up with a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Unbind him, and let him go." Preacher Doc, who says, "Those who Believe have overwhelming PROOF that they WILL OBTAIN SALVATION !" They all laughed when G. Marconi said "The world wireless is found!" They all laughed when Tom Edison said "The world I can electrically light!" They all laughed when Al Einstein said "The world goes 'left' not 'right'!" They all laughed when the Wright Brothers told the world "They could fly!" They all laughed when Fernando Magellan told the world "To circle, I will try!" They all laughed when Jesus the CHRIST told the world "Swords no, use the plow!" Concerning History and "The Truth", One must realize, "Who has the last 'laugh' now!" Divine Miracle #29, "CHRIST Heals a Man with dropsy." Aug 14, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc Dear Brothers and Sisters, This Sermon should reaffirm Believers that they are: "On the proper path to being Granted Salvation!" On this Internet are millions of 'on the fence' readers. And many more millions of nonbelievers who practice their favorite "out", "I've heard that (Sermon) before." The amazing reality is: "Then why do you still doubt?" That is especially true of some "World Class" Scientists. (And Yours Truly is a 'retired' member of said classification.) How can it be, that a 'so called', "- brilliant" Scientist, cannot grasp the TRUE Facts of Jesus CHRIST's Divine Miracles! Example, sequentially in this Internet presentation of the Life and Divine Miracles of Jesus CHRIST, we are at Divine Miracle #29, "CHRIST Heals a Man With Dropsy." THERE WERE HUNDREDS OF EYEWITNESSES ! One was the Disciple Luke (a Physician). Please refer to the "NEW TESTAMENT" Luke, Chapter 14, Verses 1-4. "And it came to pass, as Jesus went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched Jesus. And behold, there was a certain Man before Him that had the dropsy (excess fluid causing loss of body control, called dropsy). And Jesus answering spoke unto the Lawyers and Pharisees saying, "Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? And they held their peace. And He took the Man with dropsy and HEALED him!" Now Brothers and Sisters, please take note. Famous Scientists (Einstein, Etc.) have used such words as "spooky" concerning "Action between two objects at a distance." Today, there are a growing number of Scientists who accept "Tachyons" (hypothetical particle that travels faster than Einstein's velocity of light) or 'lean' toward its validity! Today, Scientists are using the term, "God particle(s)." When they collide two protons and "-everything goes kerflooey" (all the terms are THEIR words, not mine). Within the "-kerflooey" are "unknowns," "excess particles," and again "spooky actions." ------------ A Religious person, hearing these words, may think they are talking about "Voodooism." But no, these are your top "World Class" Scientists, who consider themselves, "More educated and intelligent than the average Person; and therefore they can't be 'fooled' by Religious stories." This forces this 'retired' "World Class" Scientist to repeat that intellectual cliche', "There is no fool like an educated fool." "No fool like an educated fool!" by Preacher Doc, for Aug 10, 2005 I read "All must bow and Christ adore." I am educated, can't fool me, "What for?" I read, "To be Saved you must trust God and Believe." I am educated, can't fool me with the stories They weave. I read Christ healed a woman stooped and lame. I am a chiropractor and in time, I can do the same. I read where your "Good God" condemns, that is cruel! I therefore ignore the cliche`, "No fool like an educated fool!" Preacher Doc, who repeats the intellectual cliche`, "A word to the wise is sufficient!" Divine Miracle #28, "Healing a Woman with an 18 year infirmity!" Aug 07, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc Dear Sisters and Brothers, The dictionary defines a "miracle" as: noun (from Latin miraculum), 1 : an extraordinary event manifesting Divine intervention in human affairs. I begin my Sermon with this definition because many skeptics are in the category that Jesus admonished per: "I give (miraculously) sight to the blind. Yet many of you that have sight, still refuse to "see" (Believe)." Therefore, a Divine Miracle is an (immediate) HEALING ! Did Jesus Perform any? YES, at least 37 Divine Miracles! This GOD's Day/Sunday we are (sequentially) at: Divine Miracle #28, "Healing a Woman with an 18 year infirmity!" Was there an EYEWITNESS to CHRIST's Miracle? YES, at least 200, especially His Disciple Luke. Per Luke (who was a Physician) in the "NEW TESTAMENT", Chapter 13, Verses 10-17. "Now Jesus was teaching in one of their synagogues on the Sabbath (Saturday). And behold there was a Woman who for 18 years had an infirmity. And she was bent over and utterly unable to look upwards. When Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, "Woman thou art delivered from thy infirmity." And He laid His hands upon her, and instantly she was made straight. The Woman glorified (the Divine Power of CHRIST and) GOD ! I quote the Apostle John, Chapter 9, Verses 1-41. And interject some words for clarity and n'th degree PROOF ! (Those who were jealous of Jesus and plotters against His Preaching and Miracles had tried to stone Jesus. However, Jesus went out of the temple and began walking in the city streets.) "And as Jesus was walking, He passed by a blind Man." (This Man was born blind, and was always on the same corner, begging. Thus was known as "The beggar born blind." At that time, per the "Old Law", (Old Testament that forms the "Bible") the Leaders in the synagogue ruled it was a sin and a crime to do ANYTHING on the Sabbath (Saturday then, according to the Jews) unless they gave permission. And they preached that if a Man was blind, it was because his parents or he had sinned. [Isn't that irrational, criminal thinking!] Therefore, Jesus' Apostles asked Jesus:) "Rabbi, who has sinned, this Man or his Parents?" Jesus answered, "Neither has this Man sinned, nor his Parents. Now, I say that the (Divine) Power of GOD will be Demonstrated (PROVEN) through this Man who was born blind! For I must do the Works (PROVING DIVINE MIRACLES) of GOD the Father who sent Me. Now, while it is (the daylight working hours of the) day; before night and its darkness . (Understand) As long as I am in the World, I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD." Again the plotting Pharisees called in the former blind Man for interrogation. And admonished him to, "Give glory to God! We ourselves know that this Man (Jesus) is a sinner." The former blind Man said, "Whether He is a sinner, I do not know. One thing I do know, that whereas I was blind, NOW I SEE !" The Pharisee asked again, "What did he do to thee?" Are you interested in becoming Believers?" With that answer, the plotting Pharisees made charges and abused the former blind Man. Charging, "Thou art His Disciple (a crime)." (And presenting their strongest argument) " We are disciples of Moses. We know that God spoke to Moses; but for this Man, we do not know where He is from." (Lying, they knew Jesus was from Galilee and Preached that He is The CHRIST, The Son Of GOD !) In answer the Man said to the plotting Pharisees, [Please note the TREMENDOUS, INSPIRED WORDS !] "Why, herein is the marvel that you Pharisees say 'you do not know where He is from.' And yet He OPENED MY EYES ! Now we know that GOD does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of GOD, and does His Will, him He hears. Not from the beginning of the World has it been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a Man born blind! If this Man were not from GOD, he could do nothing." Angrily the Pharisees charged, "Thou was altogether born in sins, and dost thou teach us?" And they threw him out. Jesus heard that the Pharisees had thrown out the former blind Man. And He went and found him. Saying, "Dost thou Believe in The Son Of GOD?" The former blind Man answered, "Who is He Lord that I may Believe in Him?" Thus, Jesus said to him, "Thou hast both seen Him, and He it is who speaks with thee." The former blind Man said, "I Believe, Lord!" And falling down, he worshipped CHRIST. Of the hundreds of millions who believe in evolution, how many have ACTUALLY read what Darwin recorded? ----- Not some book printed and popularized by money-grubbing sensationalists? The truth is told when Darwin was dying. The witness(es) quote Darwin: "All I did was to record and compile data as I traveled with the ship on its voyage. Others promoted the data as the basis for the "Theory of Evolution." "Now that I am dying, I want it known that I BELIEVE IN GOD AND, I, AM A CHRISTIAN." Those making money by sensationalizing and popularizing the SUPPOSED 'proof' of evolution, suppressed that Darwin was second to a Canadian; and that DARWIN BELIEVED WE CAME FROM GOD. "Belief" is a devote dedication to one's opinion. Belief, a state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in some person (person's opinion) or thing. Further, the conviction of the truth of some statement or the reality of some being or phenomenon especially when based on examination of evidence. (Thus, evolution is a BELIEF. And note, HOW TRUE IS THE EXAMINATION OF THE 'EVIDENCE' THEY TOSS ABOUT !?) In my opinion, quantitative expertise adds detail. And its quantity depends on time and circumstances. THE challenge is to improve, or at least refine, the QUALITATIVE expertise of and within the Discipline of "THEOLOGY." This GOD's Day/Sunday, we continue our 'new' theme of 'bringing in' World conditions within the Sermon. Therefore, while continuing our sequential presentation of Jesus CHRIST's Life and Divine Miracles. (at least 37 !) We are at Divine Miracle #25, "CHRIST Cures a Boy with an affliction." In my opinion, we live in a dynamic, complex World. That has a spectrum of Human characters and characteristics. Mainly, Humans are bonded per their similarities. However, they have differences, especially in other Disciplines. In my opinion, if more in the World, read the same Historic/Religious book, we would accentuate the "Positives" and eliminate the "Negatives !" There is a saying, put to music, "What a wonderful World this would be!" Probably that is easier said than done. Especially, because there are the 'impossible, tough nuts to crack'; the anti-religious bigots. And the (expert), "My mind is made up, don't confuse me with the facts !" nonbeliever. Remember, please, we are all part of the Human spectrum. And within said spectrum are many with the same, main Belief. However, within that category, we have a sub-spectrum of opinions! In the U.S. there are many THOUSANDS of different Christian Faiths! This allows the anti-religious the excuse to say, "None of you are correct." (Only science is 'correct.') However, on what is REALLY IMPORTANT, namely, "Jesus is The CHRIST, the ETERNAL Light and Life!" Christians do agree! In my opinion, may be best or at least better to present the PROOF that Jesus is the CHRIST, by presenting His Life and Divine Miracles, SEQUENTIALLY, as they were EYEWITNESSED ! Who were the EYEWITNESSES ? The Disciples, plus many times, hundreds of Believers. Plus many times, THOUSANDS of EYEWITNESSES of all types! How does my Sermon, up to this time, tie into, the fact that it is natural for a Man or Woman to demonstrate their quantitative and QUALITATIVE expertise in the Discipline of "THEOLOGY !" In my opinion, by combining the EYEWITNESS accounts of the Disciples. This combination, interjected with some definitions and descriptions. May bring the "Light and Life" of Jesus CHRIST into the abyss of the nonbelievers. Therefore, a combining of the accounts of His Disciples for the next, sequential Divine Miracle, #25, "CHRIST Cures a Boy with an affliction." Picture this Historic TRUE Event. Picture the "scene," the time is 2,000 years ago. Jesus The CHRIST is approaching another city. As He approaches, there is the (now) usual large crowd (of all types). The diverse People are arguing among themselves. One Man from the crowd shouts, "Lord, have pity on my Son. He has an affliction. Sometimes so severe, he will fall into the water and drown! Unless he is saved! I brought him to your Disciples. At this time, they cannot Cure him." [Please note, next in the "NEW TESTAMENT", the Apostles similarly quote Jesus The CHRIST, word for word.] Jesus answered, "O unbelieving (superficial) and perverse (wayward) generation, how long shall I be with you (realistically, futuristically, Jesus the Human cannot be long on this Earth) and put up with you? (Your wayward living; then when you need Jesus CHRIST, you want an instant Miracle.) Bring the Boy her to Me." And as the Boy approached Jesus, he was still suffering from convulsions. Hmmm, perhaps you Readers may find this Sermon, "interesting?" Sermon for GOD's Day/Sunday, July 3, 2005. Many times there is shown in the movies, a 'good old-fashioned, fire and brimstone Preacher.' The church is a small, wooden church in a small, rather primitive western town. The 'fire and brimstone' Preacher has his hand raised. He shakes his arm and fist and chastises the congregation, "You sinners, Repent!" Now, it has occurred to Yours Truly, that certainly not ALL of the congregation are sinners! In fact, they are Believers who are there for proper Worship. Let us say, there are about 100 Worshipers. Now, how many are 'sinners?' Realistically, their number is closer to zero than 10. And there may be NONE. What is the Theological "Lesson" of the example? The Theological "Lesson" is: Through the centuries, depending on the tribes, nations and conditions, most religions develop rituals. Thus the self-educated/self-ordained, or college educated and ordained Theologian, practicing his or her rituals is how they present their Religions dogmas. (Doctrines concerning faith or morals, formally stated and authoritatively proclaimed by a church.) In this Preacher's humble opinion, it is sinful or at least incorrect preaching to call Believers; "You sinners." Or when Believers are told, "Now admit, that all of us gathered here, are sinners." The correct preaching to BELIEVERS is: "IF, one of you happened to have sinned, CHRIST Preached and Commanded that you must Repent of your sin and Join with Him in common Belief ("Communion") for Eternal Salvation. That could be at any time and at any place. Using actual bread and wine; bread or wine, bread and water or ANY food you have available and Consecrate (declare Sacred/Bless). What is my Theological Point? My Theological Point is: Through the centuries, depending on the tribes, nations and conditions, Priests, Ministers, Rabbis, Preachers, Etc., teach and brainwash Believers into accepting: 1. That suffering is 'religion.' Personal pain is a physiological condition. ----- Does GOD in His Divine Mercy grant Mercy to those who suffer, especially not due to their fault? In this Preacher's humble opinion, YES ! 2. Jesus suffered, so if you suffer, you are being (religiously) like Jesus. Jesus suffered because He was wrongly accused; wrongly put to death (MURDERED). ANYONE who 'religiously' claims, "GOD sent Jesus to Earth, to be 'sacrificed' for their sins," is INCORRECT. [Brother Dave adds: Very true ! See John 3:16 etc] WHAT KIND OF A GOD SENDS HIS SON TO BE PURPOSELY 'PUT TO DEATH', *MURDERED* SO YOU WILL BELIEVE HIM TO BE A GOOD AND JUST GOD !? June 26, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc Brothers and Sisters, This Preacher has never 'had it easy' -- mainly due to prejudice, and corrupt politicians. A life of vast wealth, etc, has been forcibly taken from me, thus far. There is a saying, "Never say die." ("Persistence pays.") Now a "Senior Citizen," as I philosophically review this dynamic, diverse Humanity that populates this planet Earth; I must admit, my political 'friends', have forced me to be just one more of the total, overwhelming majority of Humans, "That work and survive, from paycheck to paycheck." A favorite saying of an educated, caring Lady is: "Don't complain, there is always someone worse off than you." About the third time she told me that saying. I had to reply, "How does that excuse those that have my scientific honors and money, from some REASONABLE compensation?" There are many Religious leaders who say, "GOD will punish the corrupt, and Reward the offended." That is true. However, about the third time they preach that, I have to reply; "I Believe I would be sinning, if I did not DEMAND and at least TRY to obtain some REASONABLE compensation." What has this Preacher's personal 'trial and tribulations' have to do with this GOD's Day/Sunday Sermon? One, we, and I certainly could help needy Brothers and Sisters, are discussing science inventions I achieved, WORTH M I L L I O N S ! Two, I am only Human, no more or no less than any other Human. Thus, now in my Senior years, I more frequently, philosophically review this dynamic, diverse Humanity that populates this planet Earth. And I naturally get the urge (in plain, American English) to "tell it like it is." My 'new' Sermon/Lesson policy of projecting CHRIST's proofs of His Divinity; per His at least 37 Divine Miracles! Into "What is the best way for Humans to live (as best as they can) and SAVE THEIR IMMORTAL SOUL." Continues: Sequentially, this GOD's Day/Sunday Divine Miracle, "Healing a Deaf and Dumb Man." is presented per the EYEWITNESS account of the Apostle Mark, Chapter 7, Verses 31 - 37. "And departing again from the district of Tyre, Jesus came by way of Sidon to the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the district of Decapolis. And they brought to Him one deaf and dumb, and entreated Jesus to lay His hand upon him. And taking him aside from the crowd, Jesus put His fingers into the Man's ears, and spitting, Jesus touched his tongue. And looking up to Heaven, Jesus sighed, and said to the Man, "Ephpheta," that is, "Be thou opened," And his ears were at once opened, and the bond of his tongue was loosed, and he began to speak correctly. And He charged them to tell no one. But the more He charged them, so much the more did they continue to publish it. And so much the more did they wonder, saying, "He has done all things well. He has made the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak." Now, what/how has "Telling it the way it is," in American English, and the words in this Divine Miracle, be 'combined'/explained to Americans to SAVE THEIR IMMORTAL SOUL ? One, Americans are notorious for using 'slang expressions." For example, one Man is telling another Man how to do something, and the other Man begins to do something other than being instructed. Sometimes, the first Man utters the expression, "What? Are you deaf!? That is not what I told you to do." Or, if one Man is telling another Man how to do something. And the other Man begins to incorrectly do something else. The first Man sometimes utters the expression, "You dumb --- (followed by a negative term)." Does this Preacher, or any Preacher, no more or less Human than any other Human, have the 'right' to express his natural urge to tell nonbelievers: "What? Are you deaf? (You must have heard "The Good Words and Miracles of the Lord!") Or nonbelievers, who acknowledge hearing, "The Good Words and Miracles of the Lord!" but don't believe. Does this Preacher, or any Preacher, no more or less Human than any other Human, have the 'right' to express his natural urge to tell nonbelievers: "You dumb nonbelievers!" ?? OF COURSE NOT ! Two wrongs don't 'make a right.' Especially the 'play on words' concerning the handicap of not being able to speak; to one's comprehension ability. Thus, Yours Truly cannot address nonbelievers with American English slang. I must, and I believe in, the more proper saying, "Save a Soul today! Be a Believer and you will Save, YOUR OWN !" June 19, 2005 Sermon by Preacher Doc In our previous Sermon/Lesson, Jesus CHRIST walked on water! Recall the CLEAR/PURE realization and acknowledgment by the EYEWITNESSES, His Disciples. [Please realize, while CHRIST was Preaching and Performing Miracles, those who Believed and traveled with Him, where His (EYEWITNESS) Disciples. After Divine Miracle #37, when CHRIST, bodily went up into Paradise!, those who Preached and wrote of CHRIST's True Divinity, became His "Apostles." Thus, the "New Testament" features the Gospels of the Apostles, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.] I repeat with emphasis, recall the CLEAR/PURE realization and acknowledgment by the EYEWITNESSES, His Disciples, who knelt and Prayed, "Truly Thou art the Son of GOD !" In this GOD's Day/Sunday sequential presentation of Jesus CHRIST's Life and Divine Miracles, we are at Miracle #21, "The Gentile Woman and Her Daughter." Please refer to "The NEW TESTAMENT," according to (the EYEWITNESS Apostle) Mark, Chapter 7, Verses 24 - 30. "And Jesus arose and departed from there to travel to the district of Tyre and Sidon. And He entered a house, and wanted no one to know it, but He could not keep it secret. (Because the news and accounts of His Miracles spread far and wide among the Faithful!) Thus, immediately a Woman, whose little Daughter had an unclean spirit (critical sickness, example pneumonia). On hearing of Jesus, came in and fell down at Jesus' feet. Now the Woman was a Gentile, a Syrophoenician by birth. And she besought Jesus to cast the devil (critical sickness) out of her Daughter. Jesus said to her, "Let the children first have their fill, for it is not fair to take the Children's bread and cast it to the dogs." (That is: it was the custom for the rich to toss their food to dogs. While the poor, some starving, could only watch.) The Gentile Woman Prayed, "Yes Lord; but the dogs at our home are only given the left over crumbs, after the Children have eaten." Thus Jesus said to her, "Because of this answer, go thy way; the sickness has gone out of thy Daughter." And when she went to her house, she found the Girl lying upon the bed, however cured of any critical sickness." Brothers and Sisters, the Lesson is CLEAR Proof of Jesus CHRIST's Divine Power and per CHRIST's Teaching: "Have Faith, Hope and Charity. And the greatest of these is Charity." (Love and Godly Service) That is: What you do for the helpless, Infants and Children, is/has the greatest Blessing/Reward for you to Obtain Paradise with GOD !
