"Challenging you, and You and especially, YOU !" Nov 30, 2008 Sermon by Preacher Doc Open Letter to All, During the history of this world, great scholars have been philsophically quoted. Fine, because most have earned a 'lofty' status. Where this Preacher challenges their OPINIONS; NOT 'LAWS', NOT PROVEN FACTS ! Their OPINIONS, are when they think they are an authority on Disciplines that are NOT in their expertise. ----- My primary example is Albert Einstein. He was hyped to such a 'lofty' status, that the irrationally thinking Mathematical-Physicist would have himself quoted, regarding several Disciplines! And millions around the world believe in his OPINION, regarding topics, that are NOT in Mathematical-Physics! Jesus summarized and categorized 'lofty guesstimaters' per this WARNING: "Don't Believe (&/or follow) such false teachers; because they are the "blind" ('blind' to see, recognize, comprehend) leading the "blind" (fools who idolize persons such as actors &/or nonbelieving scientists)." Specifically, Einstein has caused millions around the world to believe his OPINION, NOT 'LAW', that matter (this universe and therefore all within this universe; land, sea, air, plants, animals, Humans, space, stars, etc.)"- are just here." JUST HERE ! ? And Religious Scholars just 'let it pass', to present to the People, their Religious TRUTHS ! At the same time, atheists scoff at Believers. Because per THEIR opinion, Religious scholars have 'no proof' of Jesus' Divinity. NO PROOF ? ! This Preacher has Presented, for at least the sixth consecutive year, the Forty (40) Divine Miracle PROOFS of GOD's and Jesus CHRIST's Divinity! In fact, this GOD's Day/ Sunday, we are at Divine MIracle PROOF # 2, "RESURRECTION !" and Divine Miracle PROOF # 1, "ASCENSION !" and the reasons why! They are a challenge to anyone, who have ever doubted Jesus. The challenge: read, comprehend and then decide: "An old 'story'; or DIVINE PROOF !?" Divine Miracle PROOF # 2, "RESURRECTION !" Per the "NEW TESTAMENT", the Apostle Luke (who was a physician) chapter 24, verses 1 - 15. The Risen Jesus CHRIST appeared before the Women who came to His burial site! Then He appeared before His Disciples! The Disciple Thomas was not present and wouldn't Believe, unless, "I put my fingers into the wounds of his hands, and my hand into the wound of Jesus' pierced side!" ----- Jesus CHRIST then Appeared before Thomas and said, "Put your fingers into the wounds of my hands, and put your hand into the wound of my pierced side; and be Believing!" And what did Thomas say after that PROOF !? He humbled himself before Jesus CHRIST and said, "MY LORD and MY GOD !" Then Jesus CHRIST appeared before many, especially before 500 at one time in a public forum! Therefore, PROOF beyond any doubt! And the reason the "RESURRECTION" is "rated" Divine Miracle PROOF # 2. MANY, and it is Human to doubt, express the OPINION, that if He, Jesus, Himself, had not PROVEN Eternal Life after Human Life; His COMMANDMENT of Believeing in CHRISTianity would not be as compelling. Divine Miracle PROOF # 1, "ASCENSION !" And the reason the "ASCENSION" is "RATED" DIVINE MIRACLE # 1. MANY, and it is human to doubt, express the OPINION, that Jesus CHRIST had to PROVE that after "RESURRECTION", Eternal Souls RISE up into Paradise! How do we really know? How was that really PROVEN!? Per the "NEW TESTAMENT", the EYEWITNESS Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. EACH and ALL TESTIFY to JESUS CHRIST'S "ASCENSION !" Reason: Per Luke, chapter 7, verses 11-17; Jesus came upon a funeral procession. A Widow's only Son was being carried away for burial. The Widow, now alone, was in mortal grief. Jesus had compassion for her. And as the EYEWITNESS Apostle Luke recounts, Jesus CHRIST, RAISED THE SON BACK TO LIFE ! POWERFUL ! DIVINELY POWERFUL ! 4. "Raising Jairus' Daughter!" Per Luke (who was a physician) chapter 8, verses 49-56. This POWERFUL Divine Miracle, not only duplicates CHRIST's "Raising the Widow's Son."; it further gives PROOF that CHRIST Saves Souls, equally for Women! (Remember at that time, area and tradition, Women were 'nothing.' Example, if a ruler spoke to a crowd; only the Men were counted; the Women were disregarded.) 3. "The Raising of Lazarus!" Per John, chapter 11, verses 1-51 This divine Miracle by Jesus CHRIST is so POWERFUL that most Theologians consider "The Raising of Lazarus" as THE most Powerful Miracle Performed by Jesus CHRIST! Practically, the complete spectrum of Faith, Hope, Belief, Jesus' Preaching and CHRISTianity were challenged at Lazarus burial tomb! Jesus CHRIST Commanded, "LAZARUS, COME FORTH !" and Lazarus, Rose from the dead and walked out from the tomb! ----- A 'forerunner' of Jesus' RESURRECTION ! "Jesus Walks on Water" , Through the Centuries, one of the most publicised, worldwide, of all Jesus' Miracles! 13. "Granting Sight to Blind Bartimeus" , Non-believers try to deny Jesus CHRIST's Miracles because the Cured was 'nameless'. In this miracle, the WITNESSED location and name are mentioned. 12. "Appearing Before the 500" , Nonbelievers try to deny Jesus CHRIST's Miracles by trying to say that His miracles were 'private'. Here, after His RESURRECTION, CHRIST appears before the Public (500 People) to and for establishing CHRISTianity to and for all People. 11. "Granting Sight to a Blind Man at Bethsaida" , Per this particular Divine Miracle, Jesus overrides the scribes and pharisees per the Divine Principle that GOD Grants Salvation to anyone, anytime! 10. "Pentecost (Granting Divine Power)" , In this Divine Empowered Miracle, CHRIST empowers His Disciples to be Evangelical Apostles, and even more today ! to Preach and Teach worldwide His Truths and Commandments to all Peoples, even to all Persons. 9. "Granting Sight to Two Blind Men" , Only a fool would doubt the TREMENDOUS Divine Power GOD and CHRIST Performed by Granting sight to two blind men, SIMULTANEOULY and INSTANTANEOUSLY ! 8. "Raising the Widow's Son" , In this TREMENDOUSLY Powerful, Divine Miracle, Jesus had compassion for the lonely Widow, AND RAISED HER SON BACK TO LIFE ! Thus PROVING, GOD's and CHRIST's Promise, that if you are a Good Person, especially a BELIEVER in GOD and CHRIST, They have the Divine Power to Grant you Eternal Paradise! 7. "Granting Sight to a Man Born Blind" , This Divine MIracle, and the 'legal' battle between the Man born blind and the synagogue officials, completely corrects the 'intellectual smugness' of non-believers. 6. "Restoring a Man's Withered Hand" Mislead by uneducated and/or bigot scientists, our 'educational system', especially in the godless, liberal universities, teach students that 'evolution is a scientific fact.' Thus, this universe and we are here by 'evolution' from a mindless "Big Bang" Theory -------- SAY WHAT !? WHERE DID THE FUNDAMENTAL "UNIVERSAL PARTICLE" ORIGINATE FROM !? MATTER IS INERT. MATTER CANNOT CREATE ITSELF. THEREFORE, A SUPERNATURAL FORCE HAD TO CREATE MATTER. THIS SUPERNATURAL FORCE IS THE DIVINE POWER OF GOD ! Is there any PROOF !? Jesus CHRIST from the Divine Power of GOD Performed MANY PROOFS. In this Divine Miracle, GOD and CHRIST *CREATE FLESH AND BONE, A NEW HAND ! Evolutionists, who 'prove' how scholarly they are by writing books and quoting writings from evolutionists with 'titles', BELIEVE they came from apes (and apes from monkeys; and back 2 million years ago the same as donkeys). Miracle #33) Aug 24, 2008 Sermon by Preacher Doc Honorable Sisters and Brothers in CHRIST, "Is there a 'hell' ?" In my Theological opinion, you need not be worried about THAT ! In my Theological opinion, GOD does take into account all of the REAL REASONS you did or didn't do something. Thus, you need not worry! Most Theologians list the sequential Miracles by Jesus at 35. Yours Truly expands the sequential list to at least 40. A MUST is the adding of the Divine Miracles by GOD and CHRIST of "The RESURRECTION" and "The ASCENSION." This GOD's Day/Sunday we are at Divine Miracle #33, "Jesus Condemns a Fig Tree," in the sequential Life and Miracles of Jesus CHRIST. Years ago, when my primary vocation was Science, I was critically analyzing each of Jesus CHRIST's Divine Miracles. This Divine Miracle of Jesus cursing a fig tree caused me some concern. Does this sound as if Jesus actually said this? We now read and study this in the Bible. See Mark, Chapter 11 vs 12-24 On the next day, after they (Jesus and His Disciples) had left Bethany. He felt hungry; and seeing a fig tree in the distance. He went to it, to obtain (necessary) nourishment. When He came upon it, there was no food. Thus, Jesus cursed the fig tree. (For giving false hope to a traveler on the hot desert, in need of nourishment, taking the time and energy to further travel to this nonfood producing fig tree). Then, they proceeded on to Jerusalem. And Jesus entered the temple, and began to cast out those who were moneychangers or those selling doves. The purchase of which, 'bought you Heaven with the previous prophets.' Jesus spoke, "Is it not written, 'My House shall be called a House of Prayer'? But you have made it a den of thieves." Those that did not want Jesus to correct their sinful practices, sought ways to kill Him. The next morning, as they passed by that same fig tree. The Disciples saw that it was burnt and withered, to the ground. And Peter, remembering, said to Jesus, "Master, behold, the fig tree that You did curse is withered to the ground!" Thus Jesus, The CHRIST, Preached: "Have Faith in GOD. Amen I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Arise, and hurl thyself into the sea.' [That is; GOD with Divine Power, CREATED this World, and on The Last Day (Day of Judgment) could end this material World !] For, the Believer who does not waver in his heart (keeps the Faith), and Believes in GOD and Salvation, Eternal Salvation will be Granted to that Believer.] In my Theological opinion, the "Lesson" Jesus CHRIST was giving in the temple concerns "False Presentation." That is; "Do not be a hypocrite." Also recall, that Jesus angrily turned over the tables in the temple of those who posed as 'cleaning the souls of sinners' by selling 'atonement' (sacrificing) doves!? I may not be the "perfect" Preacher; however, I do NOT believe in the 'atonement doctrine'. Perfect Jesus was MURDERED to 'atone' for our sins !? GOD is a MURDERER !? NO, GOD RULES BY LOVE, MERCY AND JUSTICE; AND HE KNOWS THE REASONS WE DO, OR DON'T DO THINGS, AND EVERYTHING ! In my opinion, what CHRIST is further Demonstrating is GOD's and His Divine Power ! (defiant sinners face at Judgment) Believers will be Granted, "Paradise!" Fully defiant sinners (blasphemers) will not ! Preacher Doc, "Who suggests, "A word to the wise is sufficient!" Teacher-Brother Dave comments: Some Bible Scholars believe that certain Gospel writers who were familiar with Jeremiah 8:13 thought that Jesus was disappointed with the barren fig tree as a metaphorical parable of Jesus' disappointment with Israel. Others, including myself, believe that Jesus' alleged "cursing of a barren fig tree" is a gross confusion of Jesus' actual words. Here is a revelation that rings True with me: Jesus' Parable of the Fig Tree "There was a certain man who planted a fig tree in his yard, and when he had many times sought fruit thereon and found none, he called the vinedressers before him and said: 'Here have I come these three seasons looking for fruit on this fig tree and have found none. Cut down this barren tree; why should it encumber the ground?' But the head gardener answered his master: 'Let it alone for one more year so that I may dig around it and put on fertilizer, and then, next year, if it bears no fruit, it shall be cut down.' And when they had thus complied with the laws of fruitfulness, since the tree was living and good, they were rewarded with an abundant yield." (Miracle #32) Aug 17, 2008 Sermon by Preacher Doc My Sermon this GOD's Day/Sunday is based on the sequential, Divine Miracle #32, "Granting Sight to Blind Bartimaeus!" My title, "Doubters Ignore the Facts!" may be forced induced, from years of doubters always lying or inserting some excuse that 'gives them the 'right' to not Believe.' As the modern 'hip' expression says, "Hey Clyde you HAVE the Right to Believe or not Believe." But when 10,000 Witnesses see Jesus CHRIST, Grant sight to a blind Man. Don't say that is not True; because the Man is not "proven'/documented as to existing at all or not identified. Per the "NEW TESTAMENT", quoting EYEWITNESS Apostle Mark, chapter 10, verses 46 - 52 "And they came to Jericho. And as Jesus was leaving Jericho with His Disciples and a great crowd (10,000 +/-), Bartimaeus, a blind beggar, the Son of Timaeus was sitting by the roadside. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out (Pray) "Son of David (REALLY GOD), have mercy on me!" And many (standing near him) rebuked him to be silent. But he cried out (Prayed) all the more, "Son of David (REALLY GOD) have mercy on me!" And Jesus stopped and said, "Call him." And they called the blind Man, saying to him, "Take heart. Get up; he is calling you!" And throwing off his cloak, he sprang up and came to Jesus. And Jesus said to him, "What do you want Me to do for you?" And the blind Man said to Jesus, "Rabbi, let me recover my sight!" And Jesus said to him, "Go your way; your Faith has made you well." And immediately he recovered his sight and followed Jesus on the way." Anyone can believe whatever they want; however, it appears to me, that with 10,000 +/- Witnesses, the blind man identified and the Divine Miracle documented, I have to Believe! Jesus cured them, and this is how it came about! When the lepers Believed, obeying His Command! Religiously, only one returned from the cured band! Thus, Jesus 'asked,' "Where are the other nine?" They became busy indulging in pleasures and wine! Therefore to the grateful Man, Jesus CHRIST did Decree! "Arise, go thy Religious Way, for thy Faith has Saved thee!" Preacher Doc's "PROOF of CREATION" Campaign website "Jesus Heals Ten Lepers",Divine Miracle #31 Aug 10, 2008 Sermon by Preacher Doc Honorable Sisters and Brothers, In our previous Divine Miracle (sequentially #30), this is considered by Theologians and Historians as "The" or "One of the most important Miracles by Jesus for the Belief and establishment of CHRISTianity." Last week, I directly quoted the EYEWITNESS Apostle John, chapter 11, verses 1-51. Said POWERFUL Miracle, per the word for word EYEWITNESS account by the Apostle John. This made the Religious "Lesson" in the Miracle, self explanatory! In my opinion, each Divine Miracle by Jesus CHRIST is not only PROOF of GOD's and CHRIST's Divinity; they present an important Religious "Lesson!" I explain, please: In Divine Miracle #31, "CHRIST, Cleanses Ten Lepers." See Luke, chapter 17, verses 11-19. When the ten lepers saw Jesus approaching their village. They cried out in Prayer, "Jesus, Master have pity on us!" Their pleading Prayer, for Jesus The CHRIST to Miraculously cleanse their leprosy! Jesus, seeing their horrible condition, said, "Go, show yourselves to the ruling Rabbis." ----- The reason for this was: Jesus, Preached that He was sent by "The Father," GOD and IS the Son of GOD and "The way" to Saving your Soul! While the ruling Rabbis, Pharisees and Scribes made 'laws.' Whereby, for a price, money, etc., they were the only ones to 'cleanse' you; except on Saturdays. (!?) Now, as the ten lepers were *ON THEIR WAY to the Rabbis. THEY BECAME CLEAN ! One of them, a Samaritan and not from that area, therefore a 'foreigner.' Seeing that he was now cured, clean! Returned to Jesus to give "Thanks" and Glorify the Divine Power of GOD ! [Note * Jesus healed them BEFORE they presented themselves to the "ruling Rabbis" !] Now Jesus said, (Preached): "I cured ten. And only one of the ten returns, to give "Thanks," Therefore, Jesus CHRIST said, "Arise, go your way, for your Faith has Saved your Eternal Soul." Concerning this Preacher and his obligations; the tough times and pressure are TREMENDOUS! Thus, you and You and especially YOU ! Don't feel "alone." Physically, there are mornings when, not that I don't want to "get out of bed", I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO ! Mentally, "I can do better today than I ever have!" We Believers in GOD and Our Lord and Savior, Jesus CHRIST; especially we Spiritual Preachers and Leaders; MUST be more forceful and confident than ever; that OUR WORK CONTINUES ! Thus, this GOD's Day/Sunday we are sequentially at Divine Miracle #30, "The Raising of Lazarus!" A Miracle of such Powerful (Divine) Proof)! Only a 'lame brain', spiritually blind type would deny! I directly reprint the PROOF ! I quote the EYEWITNESS Apostle John, chapter 11, verses 1- 51. "Now a certain Man was sick, Lazarus of Bethany, the village of Mary and her Sister Martha. Now it was Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped His feet dry with her hair, whose Brother, Lazarus was sick. The Sisters therefore sent to Jesus, saying, "Lord, behold, he whom Thou regard as a True Believer and Brother is sick." When Jesus heard this, He said to them (messengers), "This sickness is not unto (Eternal) death, but for the Glory (PROOF) of GOD, that through it (this Miracle) the Son of GOD may be Glorified." Now Jesus loved (with compassion) Martha and her Sister Mary. However, when He heard that Lazarus was sick, He remained two more days in the same place. Then, afterwards He said to His Disciples, "Let us go again into Judea." The Disciples said to Him, "Rabbi, just now the Jews were seeking to stone Thee! And dost Thou go there again?" "Jesus answered, "Are there not twelve hours in the day? If a Man walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world. But if he walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not with him." These things He spoke, then said to them, "Lazarus, our Friend (Believer), sleeps (only dead per this mortal world). I am going that I may wake him from 'sleep.' His Disciples therefore said, "Lord, if he sleeps, he will be safe." Now Jesus had spoken of the 'sleep of death.' The Disciples thought He was speaking of the repose of sleep. Thus, Jesus said to them plainly, "Lazarus is dead; and I rejoice on your account that I was not there, that you may Believe. Thus, let us go to him." Thomas, who is called the Twin, said therefore to his fellow Disciples, "Let us also go, that we may die (be stoned by the Jews) with Him." Jesus therefore came and found him (Lazarus) already four days in the tomb. Now Bethany was close to Jerusalem, some fifteen stadia (about 25 miles) distant. And many of the Jews had come to Martha and Mary, to comfort them on account of their Brother. When, therefore, Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went to meet Him. But Mary remained at Home. Martha therefore said to Jesus, "Lord if Thou hadst been here my Brother would not have died. But even now I know that whatever Thou shalt ask of GOD, GOD will give it to Thee!" "Jesus said to her, "Thy Brother shall Rise!" Martha said to Him, "I know that he will Rise at the RESURRECTION on the last day." Jesus said to her, "I am the RESURRECTION and the Life; he who Believes in Me, even if he shall die, shall Live. And whoever lives (in this world) and Believes in Me, shall never die (never lose their Eternal Life in Paradise). Dost thou Believe this?" She said to Him, "Yes, Lord, I Believe that Thou art The CHRIST, the Son of GOD, who hast come into the world." And when she had said this, she went away and quietly called Mary her Sister, saying, "The Master is here and calls thee." As soon as Mary heard this, she rose quickly and came to Him, for Jesus had not yet come into the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met Him. When, therefore, the Jews who were with Mary in the house and were comforting her, saw Mary rise up quickly and go out. They followed her, saying, "She is going to the tomb to weep there." When Mary came to where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell at His feet, and said, "Lord, if Thou hadst been here, my Brother would not have died." When, therefore, Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come with her weeping, He groaned in spirit (voice) and was troubled, and said, "Where have you laid him?" They said, "Lord, come and see. And Jesus wept. The Jews therefore said, "See how He cared for His Friend Lazarus." But some of them said, "Could not he who opened the eyes of the blind have caused that this Man should not die?" Jesus therefore, again groaning in himself, came to the tomb. Now it was a cave, and a stone was laid against it. Jesus said, "Take away the stone." Martha, the Sister of him who was dead, said to Jesus, "Lord by this time he has already decayed for he has been dead for four days!" Jesus said to her, "Have I not told thee that if thou Believe thou shalt behold the Glory of GOD." They therefore removed the stone. And Jesus raising His eyes said, "Father, I give Thee thanks that Thou hast heard Me. Yet I knew that Thou always hearest Me; but because of the People who stand around, I spoke, that they may Believe that Thou hast sent Me." When He had said this, He cried out with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth." "And at once he who had been dead came forth, bound feet and hands with bandages, and his face was tied up with a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Unbind him, and let him go." Then most in the large crowd that was watching and had seen Jesus, Raise Lazarus form the dead, Believed Jesus to be the Son of God. But a few, went to the Pharisees, and told them what Jesus had done. The jealous chief priest and Pharisees, gathered in council, and said, "What do we do? (How can we outlaw Jesus?) For Jesus doeth many Miracles! If we let Him continue, all Men will Believe in Him. And the Romans will come and take away our places (as the rulers) and the nation. And one of them named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, "Ye know nothing at all, now consider that it is expedient for us, that one Man shall die for the people, and that the whole Nation perish not. And this he spake, not for himself; but being high priest that year, he meant to murder Jesus, to keep their ruling places." My conclusion: YOU, and YOU, and especially YOU, M U S T BELIEVE IN THE DIVINITY OF G O D AND C H R I S T . What PROOF is there? "The RAISING Of Lazarus" ! and Jesus The CHRIST Raised and now here with us as He the Spirit of Truth ! Jesus challenged each about One's duty to obtain God's Goal! If they would save an ass on a Sabbath, why not a Human's Soul! From that day forward, they dare not deny Jesus' Preaching. That Almighty God had sent Him to PROVE, per His Teaching! That it wasn't the old 'law' (custom) of forcing the People to cower. You Save your Soul by Believing in God and Jesus' Saving Divine Power! (Miracle #29) July 27, 2008 Sermon by Preacher Doc Honorable Sisters and Brothers, Through the Centuries, and may never end, the controversy, discussion or research; "Precisely WHO WAS / IS JESUS ?" May take Yours Truly or anyone else, 100 years to research, read, etc. the two thousand years of Religious and historical facts! When I'm tired and it is late at night. Grin and bearing through a severe spinal condition. How can I prepare a Sermon or at least a critique on such a VITAL, SOUL SEARCHING ISSUE? What I remember from being educated by Religious Teachers and PERSONAL STUDIES ! The sequential, Divine Miracle #29, "Healing the Man with the Dropsy." [See in the "NEW TESTAMENT", the Apostle Luke, chapter 14, verses 1-6.] FROM MEMORY (if I recall correctly) Jesus "The CHRIST", "The Son of GOD"", The Father Creator" (in my Belief); went to a house of one of the chief pharisees, with other Jewish lawyers and pharisees there, thus causing direct confrontation between Jesus and these enemies of Truth. And there was a man there who had the dropsy [edema: abnormal infiltration/accumulation of serous (thin, watery) fluid in connective tissue or in the serous cavity]. Now, one of the ways the lawyers and pharisees had of trying to stop Jesus, "The CHRIST", from converting pagans and Jews to His "New CHRISTian Belief", was to say that He was 'sinning' by Performing a Miracle on the Jewish Sabbath (Saturday). Jesus would Preach to them the fact that, on a Sabbath, if one of their mules strayed from pasture and fell into a hole, they would, ON THE SABBATH, work hard to save their precious mule. Then He would tell them, in a powerful and compelling voice, that there is here before us a Man! who has suffered many years with the dropsy. In the Eyes of God, who is more important to Save on the Sabbath, your mule or this Man? And He walked around the room, challenging each individually! But none dared that day to speak out and accept Jesus' challenge! Then He went over to the man . Jesus "The CHRIST" touched him and said, "BE HEALED !" And the Man was INSTANTLY CURED ! In my humble opinion, based on just that one Miracle, and not needing any of the other 39 Divine Miracles, Jesus PROVED, He is "The CHRIST", "The Son of GOD", "The Father Creator"! Thus, CHRIST Cured and Gave them Salvation 'in that hour!' In Granting this Miracle, Jesus warned about One's Goal. Especially the Pharisees who put themselves before their Soul. Christ, to the Pharisees, "You make 'laws' whereby you are 'first!' In GOD's Paradise the BELIEVERS are FIRST because Salvation they 'thirst!"
