Poem: "Cursing of the fig tree" by Preacher Doc, for Sept 01, 2004 Perhaps they do not realize, Cursing of the fig tree did materialize. That Divine Power can and will condemn He who commits murder, grand theft, mayhem. Some consider such sins "The last straw.", Because there is no excuse to defy GOD's Law! Most Religious People are within that same average; and average Believers in a Faith. Practically all who pontificate, do so from studies and or experience. Within those that practice a vocation in the Discipline of Theology. All or most do so, because of their Belief in their Faith. And also, if you obtain their Faith, you can be Saved! Saved Spiritually, morally and socially! Please note, if One refers to a Science dictionary, there is the word, "spectrum", that is important. Especially when defining that the continuum of color, that is formed when a beam of white light (per passage through a prism) is dispersed. Said dispersion occurs due to the phenomenon of the refraction of (a beam) white light into a continuous, from shortest to longest wavelength. This occurs naturally in the sky, especially on rainy days, when water molecules act as a prism, and refract (bend) the rays of white sunlight into (the colors of) a "rainbow." In a dictionary of words, spectrum is defined as any continua, consisting of an orderly arrangement. Within the spectrum of Humanity, there is great diversity. That make it appear, the World is a large, complex mixture of 'non-connecting' types. With wars, skirmishes, hatreds and dislikes; could be, "spectrum" does not exist under the title of "Peoples of the World." ----- However, this Preacher is an eternal optimist. For if one is to review the overall history of Humanity during the last 2,000 plus years. The World progressed from paganism to Religions, especially the Christian Religion! Science progresses exponentially! Religion is a slow, linear progression; due to Man's old, bad habits. Especially in not teaching Religious Education. And precisely due to not teaching, "Creation"! In the World, it appears, half of Humanity fails to grasp CHRIST's Words: "I am The Way. (To obtain Eternal Life, Paradise with CHRIST and GOD)." What is particularly a tough 'nut to crack' (obstacle), are scientists. Who force their expertise in the discipline of science, to become "-the way" for 'educating' humanity!? Unknowingly or purposely, negating CHRIST's Teaching and warning! ----- There is the question, "Why do 'brilliant' scientists, especially Biologists, force their OPINION onto Humanity!?" ----- This Preacher, a World Class scientist and inventor is forced to say: "They lack Religious education and/or possess a prejudiced mentality. They are in the category of those who can be described: My mind is made up! I don't want to be confused by the (Religious) Facts." And most nonbelievers like the feeling that 'Jesus, that did no wrong, will not do anything to harm them'; while many Believers, fear the "Wrath" of God. Nonbelievers, 'fearlessly' discount a Divine God with Divine Judgment Power that can 'do something to them.' Eat, drink and be merry. For you have one life and that is only now, on this Earth. That Jesus can do anything to you is just religious 'scare talk' to get you to Believe. ----- Why, Christians Believe Jesus is for peace, love and nonviolence! How then, can Jesus harm anyone!? There are at least a couple of Religious Facts of "Sinner, beware!" [That PROVE, if you commit a mortal sin. Such as murder, grand theft, harming or preventing the Young from a proper education! And that includes, that Man was CREATED by GOD in His Image and Likeness!] Those couple of Religious Facts are: Jesus overturning the tables of the merchants in the temple. And, "The cursing of the fig tree." (Summary of said Miracle, # 33.) See Mark, Chapter 11 On the next day, after they (Jesus and His Disciples) had left Bethany. He felt hungry; and seeing a fig tree in the distance. He went to it, to obtain (necessary) nourishment. When He came upon it, there was no food. Thus, Jesus cursed the fig tree. (For giving false hope to a traveler on the hot desert, in need of nourishment, taking the time and energy to further travel to this nonfood producing fig tree). Then, they proceeded on to Jerusalem. And Jesus entered the temple, and began to cast out those who were moneychangers or those selling doves. The purchase of which, 'bought you Heaven with the previous prophets.' Jesus spoke, "Is it not written, 'My House shall be called a House of Prayer'.But you have made it a den of thieves." Those that did not want Jesus to correct their sinful practices, sought ways to kill Him. The next morning, as they passed by that same fig tree. The Disciples saw that it was burnt and withered, to the ground. And Peter, remembering, said to Jesus, " Rabbi, behold, the fig tree that Thou did curse is withered to the ground!" Thus Jesus, The CHRIST, Preached: "Have Faith in GOD. Amen I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Arise, and hurl thyself into the sea.'" (That is; GOD with Divine Power, CREATED this World, and on The Last Day (Day of Judgment) could end this material World !) For, the Believer who does not waver in his heart (keeps the Faith). And Believes in GOD and Salvation. Eternal Salvation will be Granted to that Believer." Also we can learn from Jesus' Parable of the Fig Tree: "There was a certain man who planted a fig tree in his yard, and when he had many times sought fruit thereon and found none, he called the vinedressers before him and said: 'Here have I come these three seasons looking for fruit on this fig tree and have found none. Cut down this barren tree; why should it encumber the ground?' But the head gardener answered his master: 'Let it alone for one more year so that I may dig around it and put on fertilizer, and then, next year, if it bears no fruit, it shall be cut down.' And when they had thus complied with the laws of fruitfulness, since the tree was living and good, they were rewarded with an abundant yield." Prime example; in this GOD's Day/Sunday Sermon. I Present Divine Miracle #32, "Blind Bartimeus." Per the EYEWITNESS account of the Apostle Mark, (in the "NEW TESTAMENT", of course) Chapter 10, Verses 46 - 52. "And they (Jesus and His Disciples) came to Jericho.; and later, as Jesus was leaving Jericho with His Disciples and followed by a great crowd. Sitting by the wayside, begging, was a blind Man, Bartimeus; the Son of Timeus. When he heard that Jesus the CHRIST was passing by. Bartimeus, repeatedly cried out, "Jesus, 'Son of David', have mercy on me!" Some in the crowd, became annoyed and angry at Bartimeus' repeated cries, and told the blind Man to be silent. However, Jesus stopped, and Commanded that the blind Man be brought to Him. Thus, those in the crowd near Bartimeus, said to him, "Take courage; get up, Jesus CHRIST is calling thee!" Thus, Bartimeus, threw off his cloak, sprang to his feet and came to Jesus. And Jesus CHRIST addressed Bartimeus, saying, "What wouldst thou have Me do for thee?" The blind Man Prayed to Jesus CHRIST, "Rabboni, that I may see!" Therefore CHRIST said to Bartimeus, "Go thy way, thy Faith has Saved thee." And at once, Bartimeus received his sight! Bartimeus became a Believer in CHRIST, a CHRISTian, a Saved Soul who followed Jesus CHRIST as He Preached." Before beginning this GOD's Day [One's first duty is the Belief and Participation of Faith. Therefore, the First Day of the week is DIO's (GOD's) Day. In the United States, Sunday]. I wish to thank those that considered my last GOD's Day/Sunday Sermon, "LAZARUS COME FORTH !" as one of the best ever presented on the Internet. Practically all was due to CHRIST's tremendously Powerful (Divine) Miracle! I repeat, to Realize CHRIST's PROOF of His Divinity! "I am the Resurrection and the Life; he who Believes in Me, even if he die, shall Live; and whoever lives and Believes in Me, shall never die." And, " - behold the Glory of GOD ! I speak, that they may Believe that Thou hast sent Me." When CHRIST had said this, He cried out with a loud voice, "LAZARUS COME FORTH !" Thus, absolute PROOF, Jesus is The CHRIST, The Redeemer! Now, in CHRIST's next Divine Miracle, #31. He CLEANSES (that is: CHRIST not only, physically, cures the body; He CLEANSES) their body and SOUL ! Therefore, take note of the powerful Lesson in this Divine Miracle. I quote the Apostle Luke, (who was a Physician) Chapter 17, Verses 11-19. "And it came to pass as Jesus was going to Jerusalem, that He was passing between Samaria and Galilee. And as He was entering a certain village, there met Jesus, ten lepers, who stood afar off, and lifted up their voice, crying, "Jesus, master, have pity on us." And when Jesus saw them He said, "Go, show yourselves to the leaders of the temple (scribes, pharisees, rabbis or priests)." And as they were on their way, they became CLEAN ! Of the ten, only one of them, a Samaritan, realizing that he was CLEANSED. Returned to Jesus CHRIST. And kneeling at CHRIST's feet. In a loud voice, Glorified (gave Prayers of Thanks to) CHRIST and GOD. Jesus CHRIST said, "Were not ten made Clean? But where are the other nine? Has no one been found to return and give Glory to God except this foreigner?" And CHRIST said to the Samaritan, "Arise, go thy way, for thy Faith has Saved thee." The powerful Lesson is obvious! We Believers, born or converted to Jesus CHRIST, "CHRISTians" (Christians) in the United States today are purposely being inundated by nonbelievers. They have forced "ee'vil lution" -- that is how evolutionists pronounce evolution -- to be a 'scientific law'. Established as 'fact' in our Nation and forced upon our Youth in our public educational system!? Does this Preacher have PROOF of what I Preach that Jesus is The CHRIST !? Yours Truly, and all Believers, emphatically present, from "The New Testament of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ." Most often abbreviated to the "NEW TESTAMENT". We present the EYEWITNESS account of the Apostle John, Chapter 11, Verses 1-44. "Now a certain Man was sick, Lazarus of Bethany, the village of Mary and Sister Martha. Now it was Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet dry with her hair, whose Brother Lazarus was sick. The Sisters therefore sent for Jesus (who was Preaching in another village, a day's journey form Bethany) saying, "Lord, behold, he whom Thou accept as a devoted Believer is sick." When Jesus heard this, He said to the messengers, "This sickness is not unto death, but for the Glory of God, that through it the Son of God may be Glorified." Now Jesus loved Martha and her Sister Mary, and Lazarus. However, when told by the messengers that Lazarus was (deathly) sick. Jesus remained two more days to complete His Preaching in said village. Then Jesus said to His Disciples, "Let us go (return) again to Judea (Bethany)." The Disciples said to Jesus, "Rabbi, just now the Jews were seeking to stone Thee; and dost Thou go there again?" Jesus answered, "Are there not twelve hours in a day? If a Man walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world. But if he walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him." These things Jesus spoke, and after this He said to them, "Lazarus, our Friend, sleeps. But I go that I may wake him from sleep." His Disciples therefore said, "Lord, if he sleeps, he will be safe." Now Jesus had spoken of his death, but they thought He was speaking of the repose of sleep. So then Jesus said to them plainly, "Lazarus is dead; and I rejoice on your account that I was not there, that you may Believe. But let us go to him." Thomas, who is called the Twin, said therefore to his fellow Disciples, "Let us also go, that we may die (if stoned to death) with Him." Jesus therefore returned to Bethany, where Lazarus was now four days in the tomb, and Lazarus' body was decaying (mourners and Roman soldiers could smell his decaying body). For Bethany was close to Jerusalem. And many of the Jews had come to Martha and Mary, to comfort them on account of their Brother. When, therefore, Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went to meet Jesus. But Mary remained at home. Martha therefore said to Jesus, "Lord, if Thou hadst been here my Brother would not have died. But even now I know that whatever Thou shalt ask of God, God will give to Thee." Jesus said to her, "Thy Brother shall Rise." Martha said to Jesus, "I know that he will Rise at the Resurrection, on the last day." Jesus said to her, " I am the Resurrection and the Life; he who Believes in Me, even if he die, shall Live; and whoever Lives and Believes in Me, shall never die. Dost thou Believe this?" Martha answered Jesus, " Yes, Lord, I Believe that Thou art The CHRIST, the Son of GOD, who has come into this world. And when she had said this, she went away and quietly called Mary her Sister, saying, "The Master is here and calls thee." As soon as Mary heard this, she rose quickly and came to Jesus. For Jesus had not yet come into the village, but was still at the place where Martha had met Him. When, therefore, the Jews, who were with Mary in the house and were comforting her, saw Mary rise up quickly and go out, they followed her, saying, "She is going to the tomb to weep there." When, therefore, Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell at His feet, and said to Him, "Lord, if Thou hadst been here, my Brother would not have died." When, therefore Jesus saw Mary weeping, and the Jews who had come with her weeping. He groaned in Spirit and was troubled, and said, "Where have you laid him?" They said to Jesus, "Lord, come and see." There Jesus wept. The Jews therefore said, "See how He loved Lazarus." But some of them said, "Could not He who opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that this Man should not die?" Jesus therefore, again groaned in himself, came to the tomb. Now it was a small cave, with a large stone sealing the entrance. Jesus said, "Take away the stone." Martha, the Sister of him who was dead, said to Jesus, "Lord, by this time he is already decayed, for he has been dead for four days. (And the stench was obvious to the mourners and the Roman soldiers, placed on guard to prevent a riot.) Jesus said to her, "Have I not told thee that if thou Believe, thou shalt behold the Glory of GOD?" They therefore removed the stone. And Jesus, raising His eyes, said, "Father, I give Thee thanks that Thou hast heard Me. Yet I knew that Thou always hearest Me; but because of the People who stand round, I spoke, that they may Believe that Thou hast sent Me." When Jesus The CHRIST had said this, he cried out with a loud voice, "LAZARUS, COME FORTH !" And at once Lazarus who had been dead came forth, bound feet and hands with bandages, and his face was tied up with a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Unbind him, and let him go." (Let him exercise Life in this world, for I Grant my Friend (Believer) Eternal Life, Salvation!") CHRIST Prayed to Heaven that One and All Save their Immortal Souls, when He does Call. Meanwhile, jealous leaders plotted to kill. They were hypocrites who rejected GOD's Will. Preacher Doc's "PROOF of CREATION" Campaign website "Curing a Man with dropsy, Miracle #29" Aug 01, 2004 Sermon by Preacher Doc Please recall, that in our previous Sermon, Jesus CHRIST Cured (Body and Soul) a Woman that had been suffering from an infirmity for 18 Years! The ruler of the synagogue tried to accuse Jesus CHRIST of 'sinning', because Jesus CHRIST Cured the Woman on the Sabbath. The scribes and pharisees, jealous of Jesus CHRIST, banned Jesus and His Faithful, under penalty of being stoned to death. Correcting the scribes and pharisees sinful practices, Jesus CHRIST Cured the Body and Soul of the Woman, on the Sabbath. Then He called the scribes and pharisees "... sinful hypocrites", because they would do a chore on the Sabbath, for something of monetary value. In this GOD's Day/Sunday Sermon, Jesus CHRIST directly challenges their sinful hypocrisy by Curing a Man, and on the Sabbath! Especially note: 1. Not only does Jesus CHRIST challenge the scribes and pharisees. 2. Per the EYEWITNESS account of the Apostle Luke, (who was a Physician) CHRIST Cures on the Sabbath and in the ruler's home! Refer to The NEW TESTAMENT, the Apostle Luke, Chapter 14, Verses 1-6. "And it came to pass, when Jesus entered the house of one of the rulers of the pharisees on the Sabbath to take food, that they watched Him. And behold, there was a certain Man before Jesus who had the dropsy. And Jesus challenged the lawyers and pharisees, saying, "Is it lawful to Cure on the Sabbath.?" But they remained silent. Then Jesus CHRIST Cured the Man, and set him free. Jesus then Preached to the scribes and pharisees, "Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fall into a pit, and will not immediately draw it up, on the Sabbath?" The scribes and pharisees could give no answer to Jesus CHRIST's challenge!" There is the tendency for Man, even among Believers, to think that "Tomorrow, I'll take the time to Save my Soul." Jesus CHRIST Preached, "Run the 'race' (Salvation of your Soul) to win!" For your Salvation today, BELIEVE AND PRAY TODAY. Preacher Doc, who Preaches that each of you BELIEVE AND PRAY TODAY.
